Susan B. Waters, EDM, CAE, President. Dr. Waters has worked for professional associations for more than 30 years, and specializes in governance, board leadership development, strategic planning, and conflict management and trust building. She has a masters’ degree in organization development from the University of San Francisco and a doctorate in management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Gregg Brown, MHROD. Mr. Brown teaches business classes at universities in San Francisco, New York and China, and specializes in organizational assessments and human resources. He has a masters’ degree in human resources and organization development from the University of San Francisco.

Christopher M. Burbul. Mr. Burbul specializes in computer support, networking, web design and hosting and open source technologies. He provides project management and consulting skills and can function as a virtual web master.

Michael Gallery, PhD. Dr. Gallery served as director of research and chief operating officer for the American College of Emergency Physicians and is President of OPIS Consultants. He works on research projects and operational performance.

Tanya Glazebrook. Ms. Glazebrook has a long history of executive positions in non-profits and associations and specializes in fund raising, reviving financially troubled organizations, marketing and managing change and controversy.

Edmund O’Connell. Mr. Edmund O’Connell is a Credit and Collections Consultant with emphasis in credit analysis, systems assessment, including payment terms and applications, collection techniques and programs. Mr. O’Connell has experience in developing and implementing credit and collections policies for new and existing operations for domestic and international trade. Mr. O’Connell has been working in various industries, including legal, technology and manufacturing.

William Rhyne, MBA. Mr. Rhyne teaches management courses at universities in California and China, and has sales and marketing experience in the medical device, music software and beverage industries. Mr. Rhyne has an MBA from the University of California at Davis and is currently a doctoral student at Golden Gate University.

Demo Solaru. Mr. Solaru consults on technology system design and implementation and is a doctoral student at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
